Is Uber responsible for congestion in New York City’s commercial core, as Mayor Bill de Blasio alleged? Using extensive data released by the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission, and a tiny bit of data released by Uber’s PR team, we tried to answer that question. The result? Probably not much, but a little. (And more than Uber’s PR data would have suggested.)
