Who Was To Blame For the TNC Cancellation: ASCMC or DoS?

After a popular student government-sponsored Thursday night party (“TNC”) was canceled by the Dean of Students office, I reported on the differences of opinion about the rules between ASCMC (the student government) and the Dean of Students office. For Claremont Currents.
